Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

Because all CurbSide Creations are custom-built and made to order, our return policy depends on the stage of your order.

Before Mockup Approval

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your mailbox mockup has been approved.

Once your order is placed, our team begins the design process and prepares your custom mockup for review. No production begins until mockup approval is received.

After Mockup Approval

Once the mailbox mockup has been approved, the order is considered final and non-returnable. At this point, materials are allocated and custom fabrication begins.

For this reason, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted after mockup approval.

Please review your mockup carefully before approving. Approval confirms design, layout, orientation, colors, personalization, and any add-ons.

Exchanges

Because all items are custom-built to order, exchanges are not available once production has begun.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photos may be required to assist with resolution.

USPS & Local Regulations

Customers are responsible for confirming mailbox compliance with local USPS guidelines and HOA requirements prior to ordering. CurbSide Creations is not liable for disputes related to local regulations, postmaster approvals, or installation requirements.

Processing & Production Times

• Most mailbox orders are processed within 7–10 business days

• Custom designs or specialty finishes may require additional time, which will be communicated during the mockup process

Shipping

• Standard shipping is free

• Transit time is typically 1–5 business days once shipped

Estimated delivery time depends on product type and production timeline.
